Location and space.
House was freezing. Heating did not work in old cold house. Caretaker had also removed the electric blankets from the beds. The fireplace had no suitable wood and is located away from the living areas It was -3.3 degrees overnight. We had to borrow electric blankets from family We contacted the caretaker Andrew who was extremely rude, patronising and useless. We checked out in the morning, one day early because it was too uncomfortable. We want a refund due to our extreme dissatisfaction with the house and especially the caretaker Andrew.
