  Great appartment, friendly host, lovely stay

  A really friendly pro-active host, great communication and very clear directions. The apartment was spotless. And had everything we needed for a 7 day stay. A good sized bathroom and nice shower was very welcome and the property was very safe and secure. The lift was so welcome for transiting with heavy bags. A very comfortable stay. The location is good being only a few km from the city centre and there is an excellent little supermarket and also a great pastry/coffee shop within 200 metres, plus a bakery and good bistro just outside the door

  M y score would have been a perfect 10 had it not been for something the hosts have no control over and that is the public transit system , the bus service ( #14) is a major transport route and often standing room only ...if you can get on at all! ... like wise taxis will bring you out to this address but it was almost impossible without the hosts help to get taxis to pick us up. If you are fit, walking is a good option as are e-bikes but unfortunately we don't fit into this category. The flip side is they do have a parking space available and hopefully common sense will prevail and Florence will allow rideshare services to help ease pressure on the overcrowded transport system.

  Great apartment

  A wonderful apartment with everything needed to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. There was even a bottle of good-quality wine waiting, nicely chilled in the fridge - a very thoughtful touch. :) The hostess was very friendly and responsive. All questions were answered promptly, and the instructions provided were clear, detailed, and helpful. Although the apartment is located outside the city center, it is easily accessible by both public transport and on foot, making it a convenient base for exploring the area.

  I liked everything. I would definitely stay in this apartment again if I'm in Florence.

  Вам ні про що не треба думати, за вас це вже зробили....

  Неймовірно гарні і зручні апартаменти. Фото відповідають дійсності. Є все, що потрібно для перебування. Поряд магазини, кафе. До центра міста можно дійти пішки за 20...25 хвилин, автобусна зупинка зовсім поряд. Велика подяка Маріанні за турботу про нас. Вона з перших хвилин бронювання завжди готова допомогти. Дякую!!
