Kortom: een fantastisch verblijf in een authentiek en levendig deel van Valencia.
Gastheer Jave is een zeer toegewijde en enthousiaste Valenciano die duidelijk veel zorg besteedt aan zijn gasten en het appartement. Zijn lokale trots en positieve energie maken het verblijf extra aangenaam. De wijk is erg levendig en bruisend, met veel kwalitatieve en betaalbare restaurants, lokale winkeltjes en gezellige ontbijt- en lunchzaken waar je je echt tussen de locals bevindt. Er zijn veel jongeren aanwezig, wat zorgt voor een leuke sfeer. De ligging is uitstekend: de zee ligt op slechts 5 minuten wandelen, een levendige strandbarzone bevindt zich op ongeveer 1 km afstand en het stadscentrum ligt op ongeveer 3 km. Het openbaar vervoer is goed georganiseerd en maakt het eenvoudig om Valencia te verkennen.
Niet echt een minpunt, maar wees gewaarschuwd: de levendige sfeer in 'da hood' betekent ook dat dit misschien minder geschikt is voor mensen die graag voor middernacht gaan slapen.

So close to the beach and to the bus stops and metro for getting into and back from Valencia. Plenty of places to eat and drink for a wide variety of tastes. A nice big patio for sitting outside in the sun .

Nie polecam choć właściciel robil co mógł żeby zmniejszyć ogólnezle wrażenie
Właściciel pomocny i miły. Naprawdę starał się pomóc i jeśli tylko było to możliwe naprawdę stawał na wysokości zadania. To największy atut tego miejsca.
Mieszkanie brudne i zaniedbane. Naczynia średniej jakości w większości brudne, klejące, niedomyte i częściowo potłuczone. Brak talerzy, sztućców i wielu innych rzeczy w kuchni. Ogólny brud. Klimatyzacja działająca w najwyżej 30% tylko w tzw salonie. W tych upałach nie dająca sobie kompletnie rady z panującym w mieszkaniu ukropem. Pokoiki tak małe i duszne że trudno się w nich poruszać o spaniu nie wspomnę. Mieszkanie w nieciekawej dzielnicy, przyklejone do placyku z fastfoodami i ogólnie imprezownią co ani przez wszechobecny smród ani hałas do późnych godzin nie pozwalał odpocząć o spaniu nie wspomnę.
