    Recepción, El peor servicio al cliente..

    El hotel es bastante grande, tiene 3 restaurantes, más el área de snacks en la piscina y un bar, es bastante completo, tienen bastante parqueo y las instalaciones están bien.

    Muy mala atención al cliente el personal en la recepción no es tan amable y no se les ve mucha disposición por ayudar, en ese aspecto deja mucho que desear uno de los peores hoteles en atención al cliente que he visitado, Adicionalmente algunas partes del hotel se sienten un poco viejas como el elevador podrían darle una mano de pintura aunque sea No volvería a este hotel nunca Mas.. y Es una lastima porque las instalaciones están bien pero calidad Precio + una mala atención al cliente no valen la pena por lo que uno paga que es bastante.
