  Beautiful city, awful apartment

  Location

  The actual condition of the apartment was shockingly different from what was shown in the listing photos. The apartment looked as if it had not been properly cleaned or maintained for a long time. There was limescale and dirt on the floor tiles, a large amount of dust in the ventilation system, damaged walls, broken decking boards and generally many signs of neglect. Even worse, some of the problems were potentially dangerous, especially because we were travelling with children. Part of the balcony had no proper railing and an electrical box was left unsecured. We found the dead body of a pigeon there, which appeared to have been lying there for several days. I will spare other guests the sight and will not upload a photo of it, although unfortunately nobody spared my children from having to see it. The hygiene of the beds was completely unacceptable. Some mattresses had large stains that looked like urine and other bodily fluids. Because of their condition, I did not feel comfortable sleeping on the bed at all and spent the entire stay sleeping on the floor on my own mattress. What makes the whole situation even more frustrating is the attitude of the hosts. Before our arrival we were bombarded with messages containing countless rules, restrictions and instructions about what guests were and were not allowed to do. However, once actual problems appeared, the hosts completely ignored the situation and never responded to my complaint. The apartment needs a thorough cleaning, maintenance and renovation, as well as proper attention to basic safety and hygiene standards. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

  Bo inte här om du vill kunna sova; lägenheten ligger i ett extremt livligt område och i samma byggnad som en nattklubb.

  Tyvärr var detta boende en enorm besvikelse. Lägenheten ligger i samma byggnad som både en nattklubb och en bar, vilket inte framgår av annonsen. Den extremt höga ljudnivån varje natt (fram till 05 på helgen) gjorde det mycket svårt att sova, vilket påverkade hela vår vistelse. Vi har full förståelse för normalt stadsljud, men detta var något helt annat och långt över vad man rimligen kan förvänta sig. Det är särskilt anmärkningsvärt att boendets läge och omgivning inte beskrivs mer transparent i annonsen. Vi framförde våra synpunkter till boendet och bad om en rimlig kompensation, men fick endast svar att ljudnivån inte är högre än vad dansk lag tillåter. Sammantaget anser vi att boendet inte motsvarade den bild som förmedlas i annonsen och kan därför inte rekommendera det.

  La ubicación perfecta y el apartamento también. Estaba muy limpio y no le faltaba un detalle

  Appartement extrêmement bien situé pour découvrir Copenhague à pied

  L'appartement est grand et agréable. Il est en olein centre près de la place de l'hôtel de ville. Il faut donc accepter les bruits de la ville. C'était très appréciable d'avoir des produits de toilettes dans les 2 douches et d'avoir un peu de produits de base à disposition type thé, café, sucre... Les hôtes sont très réactifs dans leurs réponses et c'était très appréciable.

  Certains lits étaient assez mous. La chambre du fond possède une porte qui donne sur un escalier. Cette porte n'est pas du tout isolée et on entend les allées et venues des habitants des autres appartements. Les 2 WC de l'appartement se situent dans les 2 salles d'eau. Dans un appartement pour 9 personnes, avoir un WC séparé aurait été plus pratique.
