    Good hotel, pleasant and ambient atmosphere but manager could have been flexible approach

    Pleasant, Ambient, Quick access to restaurants

    Communication gap. Informed manager that I need 5 day stay from Monday to Friday at reception but manager misunderstood Monday to Thursday and asked to vacate strictly. Having a kid and finding next hotel was cumbersome experience. Manager should have given priority extending the stay for another day for additional cost but he was not helping.
