    This is a gem, a small cottage extension to a larger house, all flint knapped and with views straight over the sea. Very comfortable and snug , and tucked away at the end of a land. Next door is the café with great breakfasts, lunch and teas, and with a discount for people on the cottage. Very well placed for pubs and restaurants in Sheringham. The owner is super friendly and helpful. Recommend.

    Quaint cottage

    Location was excellent. Just what we wanted. Cottage had everything we needed. Even an airfryer . The cottage was lovely and warm. 🥰

    The shower was really poor. Shower head needs upgrading as does the bed. When you get into bed you can hear the springs! Sofa needs to be more comfortable. Not great for relaxing. Plus we had a visitor over night. It left his mark on the sofa but we couldn't find him ( a slug) . More info needed about emptying bins etc

    Amazing cottage in fantastic location

    We loved everything. The cottage was full of character but very well equipped and comfortable . It was a great location the host was very helpful and the adjoining tea rooms offered a wide range of very tasty food.

    Excellent Cottage

    Lovely little cottage, very clean and in a great location. Friendly welcome from the boat and 20% off from the Cafe next door which was also excellent with lovely staff, great food and amazing views of the sea.
