    Awful, mouldy - do not book.

    The location of the complex is great - central and good security

    We stayed in Unit East 402. The property has severe mould issue in both bedrooms - the smell when we walked in is bad with dampness. We could not stay there so we had to book a new property! We raised the issue with the hosts who denied all issues with the property and allegedly sent someone to check the property and they said there was also no mould. We have a number of photos of inside of the property showing the mould which we taken when we entered so this is factually incorrect from them. The host was very hostile on messaging about the property and also went to the level to say ‘we also replaced the toilet paper you used’ which is not constructive or helpful. The photos on the listing are not up to date and do not show it in its current state. I suggest booking else where or not with this particular host! We have raised a formal complaint with booking.com for this to obtain a refund.
