Lovely relaxing resort stay!
The staff were all fantastic, so helpful and welcoming! They often remembered drink orders etc from previous dining and were great all round! The room was lovely and comfortable, the hotel also very kindly placed me in a room near my family who had booked under a different booking which was greatly appreciated. The cleanliness of the entire resort was exceptional, very well maintained! Food was tasty and lots of options, honestly can't fault my stay at all, thank you!

Konforlu, Düzenli ama Servis Personelleri Eğitilmeli
4 oda, 12 kişi konakladık. Otelin konumu, düzeni, odaların genişliği güzel. Yemekler gayet yeterli ve lezzet problemi yok. Resepsiyon görevlisi Zaid ve Minivan şöförü Atıfa teşekkür ederiz.
Servis ve bar personelleri ciddi şekilde eğitilmeli. Bir sipariş verdiğimiz dalga geçen hareketler, kendi aralarında şakalaşmalar, devamlı Türkiye’den gelenler yavaş yavaş tekerlemeler, bahşiş istemeler yakışmıyor. 5 yıldızlı uluslararası bir otelde çalışıyorlar. Genel Müdür ve Bar Müdürü özür diledi. Teşekkür ederiz.
