We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed that the activities advertised on the website and included in our booking were not available. This applied to both the complimentary activities, such as stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) and kayaking, as well as additional paid activities, such as boat trips and excursions. When we asked for contact details so that we could arrange these activities ourselves, unfortunately, no further assistance was available. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and appreciated the friendly staff, but we were disappointed that the advertised activities were not available, as they had been an important part of our expectations for the stay. We hope this feedback will help improve the experience for future guests.

A comfortable stay, clean and fresh towels each day. A comfortable bed and a quiet location
A large bottle of water included with the room each day. The beautifully kept grounds and the friendly staff in all areas.
Breakfast was adequate and had few choices. No option to just have toast without paying for a full continental breakfast. Water temperature for a tea bag was not hot enough

The worst hotel in terms of value for money I have ever stayed at. First of all, I was blatantly robbed at check-out. The hotel charges for services without informing you that they are paid – for example, they made a mistake with my reservation (they were supposed to give us a twin room, but gave us a double instead) and then charged me for adding an extra bed... The price is exorbitant, there is no access to the sea, and the pool is tiny (kiddie-sized) and dirty, with unfiltered water. Going in there is like asking for a venereal disease. There is no breakfast included in the price – instead, it is served à la carte for a ridiculous amount of money, and you get next to nothing. This is the first so-called 5-star hotel I've ever seen without a breakfast buffet. The service is slow. It is a Chinese-run hotel, and it clearly shows in the standard of the rooms. Outside the window, there are barking dogs and disgusting views of garbage. The hotel did not reply to my emails; there is zero communication. To top it all off, at check-out, the reception made numerous math errors on the bill and charged me for things that never happened. Keep in mind that this is a casino, so you can't expect them to be an honest hotel. I hope Booking.com removes this property from their listings and refunds the stolen, unauthorized money charged to my card today. This hotel is the worst possible choice.
