Badly in need of updates
The location and spacious rooms are a major positive. However for the price, there are so many updates and improvements needed. The rooms are shabby and mistreated - there were scuff marks all over the walls and floor, so the suite didn't feel clean at all. The building hallways are dark and in bad need of renovation. The towels were stiff and a dingy grey color although they were clearly originally white. The "breakfast" that we paid extra for is just some pre-packaged crackers, muffins, and yogurt with a coffee sachet (no fresh milk either) and orange juice. The staff was friendly and accommodating in general, allowing me to easily extend my stay on the day that I had a late flight out of town. However, they were not as responsive as needed when I complained that the hallway on my floor smelled strongly of gas. This persisted for the first several days that I was there, despite me complaining each day about it. It eventually went away, but no one followed up with me.
