    Safety hazard: Police involved, property occupied & host non-responsive for 3 days!

    Nothing

    Absolute nightmare and a massive safety hazard! We arrived exactly at our check-in time with our young children after a 3-hour drive, expecting a ready and clean house. Instead, we found an unfamiliar car parked outside, the front door wide open, a dog inside, and nobody responding to our calls or knocks. Fearing that something terrible or dangerous had happened inside, we were forced to call the POLICE to inspect the premises. When the situation was cleared, it turned out the house was filthy, completely uncleaned, and still occupied by strangers due to a severe overbooking. To make matters worse, the host has completely ghosted us and has not responded to any messages or calls for 3 consecutive days. Left stranded in the middle of the night with no alternative options nearby, we had no choice but to drive 3 hours all the way back home. This experience was deeply traumatizing for our children and completely ruined our family trip. Absolutely unacceptable, unsafe, and unprofessional!

    We love the cabin and its location! Great for a weekend getaway!

    Incredible.

    I liked almost everything about the property, it was a really nice and different experience. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the environment was warm and serene.

    Just an observation, the carpet outside by the jacuzzi needs to be changed, there are some molds on it
