    Good, but let down by easily rectifiable issues. Alot of room for improvement.

    The bedrooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Also, the property is located near local stores, supermarkets, and petrol stations.

    Unfortunately, this property was let down by a number of things relating to cleanliness. Firstly, the bins had not been collected from the front of the property, and there were a large number of black rubbish bags outside at the top of the driveway and the sight and smell didnt make a good first impression as we pulled in. The kitchen and bathroom areas really need a good deep clean and maybe a few coats of paint. Additionally, the back garden had empty beer bottles and cigarette butts near the outhouse and on the patio area and should be cleaned up. In a highly competitive market with many similarly priced, well equipped properties in and around the area, these small, relatively inexpensive changes make a huge impact on repeat custom.

    Close to shops and all amenities. Park nearby for walking our dog.

    Location for work excellent. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

    The back yard could've been tidier. Floorboards in the bathroom make a terrible noise.

    Generally clean but basic

    Lots of areas that needed attention. Repairs had been done but not very well. Felt as if the whole place needed a bit of tlc.
