The location was very good, near lots of shops and the beaches. The rooftop bar was nice, and the staff were helpful when they could be reached. The snack shop downstairs is very useful for getting last minute items or, well, snacks.
The room was very noisy, as it was the right below the rooftop bar and every morning you can hear staff dragging tables and chairs around. Also, it was very hard getting a hold of anyone after 8-10 pm. We called the front desk multiple times to request late checkout and nobody picked up the phone - even though we tried calling repeatedly over the course of several hours!

Sandwiches for the WIN!
OH MADONN!!! take it from a new yorker.. these sandwiches are lovely. The italian had the perfect roll little crusty little chewy, piles of thin sliced meat, sharp provolone, a lovely meat/cheese ratio. Tell you how i do, $10 tip! 🍌/10 recommend

Amazing staff
The staff at Cormorant were so kind and so helpful! Nick & Jovani worked the front desk area & worked very hard to make our stay comfortable and gave great recommendations for food/ocean views. The rooms were clean, the location to restaurants and ocean was hard to beat. Thank you Cormorant!

room 403 is the worst hotel room
Do not under any circumstances let them put you in room 403. It is sandwiched between the bar/restaurant and the prep area/ice machine. They start at 7:30 am and the bar goes all day until 11pm. If you want to sleep in or take a nap after the beach you aré screwed.
