Bad customer service /over charged but beautiful view
Very beautiful property! Very clean
staff is not help at all upon arrival I couldn’t tap Into WiFi and they don’t answer at the front desk, also they charge you a clean fee but don’t do any room service or provide new towels. When I asked they said they charge to clean before and after guest arrival which is standard. Also you don’t even get room service and get charged a resort fee even tho it is in the apartment side.
