convenient and comfortable
The shower was great.. hot and strong flow.. as a senior I would have liked a grab bar to aid in safely getting out of the shower in the tub. The sheets were velvet soft and the comforter light, soft and kept me warm.. the bed itself had a super cushioned top so our nights sleep were great. The only thing we didn't like was that the air conditioning in the eating area and concierge area was way too cold. Your breakfast food (waffles and eggs, etc) was cold within minutes of serving yourself. The temperature outside was perfect so we didn't need to use the air-conditioning at all. The staff were always accommodating.
More monitoring of temperature in the lounge and eating area. It was very cold..even while the outside temperatures were mild throughout the day. I think that they need some new pillows as these were a bit big and lumpy.
