La ubicación en pleno centro de Florencia. Agradecimos el aire acondicionado.

Tienes que subir dos pisos por las escaleras porque no hay ascensor. Las instalaciones están algo viejas.

A great location on the city

It has a great location, near to the main attractions in the city.

I know its an old building in an historic part of the city, but many things added up during our stay, i) on the surroundings its a parking for the street vendors, so, at 3 am you hear a lot of noise ii) its a second floor (with no elevator and high ceilings) iii) it has ac, but, its like it wasn't (maybe for the building). So, for budget savvy people, its a good price and a nice apartment, but, you should be aware of the points I mentioned.

Location is great. Close to main area. Very clean, and beds were comfortable. Having a washing machine was also important for us.

Maybe having to take all the garbage before leaving the property. We had to walk a few blocks away from the property, making it inconvenient.
