  Schön gelegenes Apartment

  Die Lage war super, direkt am Strand mit Blick aufs Meer 😊. Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet, die Küche hatte alles was man brauchte, die Möbel waren etwas älter und einiges war schon leicht kaputt, die Betten waren gut und die Zimmer hatten für 4 Personen eine ausreichende Größe, Waschmaschine war auch vorhanden und das Apartment hatte zwei Balkon In nur fünf Minuten ist man in der Nähe von Restaurants und Supermärkte, Hier hat im Oktober auch noch alles geöffnet 😉 Nach Olbia sind es 45 Minuten und zur Costa Smeralda 1 Stunde Fahrt

  Leider hat das Bad immer wieder einen unangenehmen Geruch gehabt, vielleicht müsste man hier die Rohre reinigen, hatten uns extra noch ein Raumduft gekauft

  Average or almost below average.

  Quite good location, sea view, fairly quiet neighborhood, parking space for the car.

  Overall, the apartment was quite okay. However, we were bothered by the rather worn-out furniture in the kitchen and bathroom. These are small things that could be fixed quickly. The wardrobes had a strong smell of mold and mustiness. Because of the strong mold odor, we couldn’t put our clothes in the wardrobe, as they would have absorbed the smell. We also had to sleep with the window open, since the musty odor was otherwise too strong. I believe the wardrobes need to be completely replaced, as the smell cannot be removed otherwise. In the apartment, we would have expected some basic spices such as salt and sugar. The host was kind, but unfortunately, that doesn’t help much in this case.

  A very clean apartment, check-in was perfectly smooth, and we were even able to move in an hour early. The host was extremely helpful and kind — he sent us lots of suggestions for trips and local festivals to visit. The beds were super comfortable, everything was quiet, and the beach, just 50 meters away, was absolutely amazing.

  There was really very little kitchen equipment — even though there’s a dishwasher, you basically have to run it several times a day. It would be great if they added a few more cups and plates. There’s a veterinary clinic right below the apartment, so it was a bit noisy at times, but it didn’t bother us.
