Location and facilities were great. No issues.

We were contacted to say that if arriving after 6pm the keys would be in the box. They weren't. We rang the number and pushed the after hours button to no response. We rang Booking to also no response.

Most enjoyable. Scissors in with cutlery would be an added bonus .

    Location well equipped and comfortable.

I think two hooks on the inside of the bathroom door would make a huge difference at such a small cost , as there is nowhere to hang towels or dressing gown
