    Scary, worrying and sleepless nights

    The owners sneaked into the property after we checked in and left the key on the fence. We followed their instructions and left it locked in the lockbox. But when we came back after a few hours, the lockbox was open with the correct code. We panicked and tried to contact the owner, but no reply. We even tried contacting police. When I sent a message about this, they kept silent for a few days. Now they are blaming about their dishwasher, which we have nothing to do with.

    Excellent, I would stay there again.

    We had a great stay here, it's a great location (for Coronet Peak and for all the hiking trails), we also drove to the remarkables no problem. I appreciate that there was stuff in the pantry/fridge, makes it so much easier when you don't have buy every single thing from scratch (eg salt, sauce etc). Having a fire is so nice. I would stay there again.

    The upstairs bedrooms were cold (but this was middle of winter), the rest of the house was really warm. And the beds were really warm/comfortable.
