  This accommodation is exactly how a holiday should feel like. The house itself was cosy, yet spacious and meticulously clean, the beds soft and comfortable. Although small, the kitchen was well equipped for all the basic cooking. A big bonus was of course the garden: hearing the river flow, the plentiful areas for lounging and equipment for sporting was excellent. Even with other guests around at the same time, there was enough space in the garden to relax privately. Moreover, the host offered us an amazing explanation and a map of things to do in the surroundings. There are amazing walks and restaurants within walking distance, including the etnographical museum, and even more exploring to do in the area by taking short car rides. Parking was spacious and stress-free compared to many other parking facilities in Spain. Shower felt like in a spa! It truly is a place with a hotel quality and a tranquil atmosphere. Would stay again, thank you!

  Just some very small details to take into account. If arriving from the non-Barzana side, the parking can be difficult to spot, we passed it on the first try. There is a sign on the gate and on one side of the house but when the gate is open and you drive from the other side you don't notice it. PS! The host only speaks Spanish but she's very attentive and with a little help of gestures, the map and translation app all communication is still smooth!

  Muy a gusto

  Casa muy limpia, cuidada, con muchos detalles. Zona exterior bonita, vegetación y rio cercano, amplias zonas de descanso y opciones de juegos para niños. Buena atención de la dueña.

  Lugar maravilloso de desconexión y hospedaje exquisito

  La estancia ha sido maravillosa, es la casa perfecta para una familia de 3-4 personas. La limpieza era impoluta. Tienes todo lo necesario para hospedarte en cuanto a utensilios necesarios tanto en cocina como en baño. La ubicación de la casa para hacer la senda del oso y disfrutar en la naturaleza es perfecta, un lugar de desconexión perfecto. En las zonas comunes como el jardín, también cuenta con una canasta de baloncesto, portería y red de bádminton, el cual puedes pasar un rato en familia. Julieta es una maravilla de persona, tuvo un detalle de bienvenida exquisito y en todo momento estuvo pendiente de nuestra estancia recomendándonos lugares para visitar y comer. Estamos muy agradecidos por su atención. Sin duda lo recomendaré.

  El acceso de la carretera hasta la casa entrando por Bárzana no me gustó, mucha curva y altura, pero eso no es un problema dado que el gps nos mandó por ese camino. La solución es entrar por el otro acceso (por Proaza) y asunto arreglado. En cuanto a la casa no tenemos absolutamente nada malo que decir, fue maravillosa.
