    Albergo ok, staff pessimo

    Buona posizione, pulito

Mancavano copripiumini. Staff non rispondeva ai messaggi

The location was super nice close to major landmarks, the building was also beautiful and overall it matched the Florence vibe. The host was also very welcoming and helpful, gave a lot of good recommendations.

The rooms have to be opened and closed with physically key, which is charming and fits the overall design of the building but is very annoying for a room with an external bathroom
