I could not wait to move out
Location
The elevator was not working when we arrived and we were on the 5th floor. My young adult sons were able to carry luggage for 5 people up the stairs. Dishes were not all clean when examined closely and no d/w. Items needed to wash dishes were hidden in a cabinet in the smaller apartment. No directions on how to manage ANYTHING. Also, 1 bathroom ran out of toilet paper but when we asked for more the host told us we had enough. It seems he thought we wanted more to take home with us. So we peeled some extra off other rolls in other bathrooms. ALSO, One has to pay with a 20 cent coin every time going up or down in the elevator. (When it works-it did not work a second time during our stay.)A woman makes change for people on week days but you have to plan ahead to get coins elsewhere on weekends. There was a big storm and power went out during the night on day 1 or 2. Once again, no directions on what to do when this happens. It felt like I had to call the host way too many times. I am in an apartment in Verona now and all the necessary information is included in a notebook

We highly recommend it
Everything is perfect, appartment is beautiful and suitable for large group. Owner is very kind and helpfull. Location is the best, near station if you ned transfer and near old center. The views are very nice and there is a balcony in every room. And during the night is very quiet. We highly recommend it.

We loved the location, and clean modern vibe of this place. We would come back if we’re ever in Naples again.
It was modern, clean, and high end. The property was spacious and comfy.
It is on the 5th floor, so for people coming from the US that means it’s on the 6th floor. Italians count the ground floor as floor 0 not floor 1. There is an elevator, but it requires coins to operate.

WONDERFUL
This is an absolutely fabulous place. It worked well as we had a group of 6 and the 2 rooms made it wonderful.
People should know it is on floor 5 BUT there is an elevator that is easy to use and staff to help most days.
