Ein großartiger Aufenthalt, um Leben, Kunst und Kulinarik in Venedig zu genießen.
Die Lage des Apartments ist hervorragend, wenn man die Biennale besuchen möchte. Zu Fuß 12 Minuten zum Arsenale, 20 Minuten zu den Giardini. Auch der Markusplatz ist zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar. In das Viertel Castello, in dem das Apartment liegt, habe ich mich richtig verliebt. Es ist abseits der großen Touristenströme und es ist ein Viertel, in dem Einheimische leben. Von den Fenstern des Apartments habe ich auf einen Kanal geblickt, auf dem reger Bootsverkehr stattfindet. So erlebt man das venezianische Leben hautnah. Das Apartment ist hervorragend ausgestattet, hat gute lärmisolierende Fenster, eine moderne leise Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer. Die Beschreibung stimmt zu 100%. Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und war sehr hilfsbereit. Zweimal ums Eck ist die hervorragende Osteria Oliva Nera, die von der Vermieterin und ihren Kindern betrieben wird. Ein paar Schritte weiter befindet sich ein Supermarkt und 2 Pasticcerie, wo man frühstücken kann.

Fantastic Stay
Location location location! What a find! Isabella and her daugher were so helpful and the apartment is even better than the photos and so well stocked! When (not if!) we return to Venice I'll be booking again! Just stunning!

Best Location to rest
Very clean and modern style, pleasant fregnance in apartment, close to every main point of interest. Calm district with just right amount of tourists - not overcrowded.

Wonderful apartment with a beautiful view
This apartment is a beautiful private apartment with a gorgeous view of a canal. The location is wonderful, in the less tourist neighbourhood of Castello, but still close walking distance to the main San Marco Piazza. It has everything you could need for your stay, including a washing machine. The host, Isabella, is so wonderfully warm and gracious. She made us feel welcome and that we could reach out for any questions. Her restaurant is not far - and honestly has the best lasagna.
