La situation géographique.
Les photos et le descriptif fournis lors de la réservation ne correspondaient pas au logement qui nous a finalement été attribué. Il y a deux logements : un studio (pas de chambre séparée) et un appartement avec une chambre séparée. Le studio ne dispose pas de climatisation. Il est très humide et nécessite le fonctionnement en continu d'une ventilation (VMC) assez bruyante par ailleurs. Les photos et le descriptif correspondaient à l'appartement de l'étage alors qu'on nous a installés dans le studio du rez-de-chaussée. En plein mois d'août, caniculaire de surcroît, la climatisation avait été un critère essentiel dans notre choix. Nous estimons avoir été trompés. Nous avons réclamé de manière courtoise, mais rien n'a été fait, ni par les gérants de l'établissement ni par booking.

Il Salento è meraviglioso!
Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento perché la posizione è perfetta sia per le bellissime spiagge dell'Adriatico che dello Ionio, sia per visitare città come Lecce, Galatina, Gallipoli Otranto, S.M. di Leuca e tanti altri piccoli borghi davvero piacevoli. L'appartamento al primo piano, in pieno centro, è carino e accogliente, ristrutturato, con un terrazzino proprio bello e curato. Le campane della Chiesa sono state la nostra sveglia per tutta la vacanza. Noi lo consigliamo vivamente!

La struttura era ordinata e ben arredata, Francesco è una persona accogliente, gentilissima e molto attento ad ogni minimo aspetto.
