    Pokój czysty - gospodarz niedotrzymujący słowa.

    W obiekcie było czysto - ładny pokój, czysty, klimatyzacja, blisko centrum. Co do pokoju nie mieliśmy zastrzeżeń.

    Uwaga - Kupiliśmy opcję ze śniadaniem „śniadanie wliczone w cenę”. Proszę nie dać się zmylić - nie zastaliśmy śniadania - nie było żadnego świeżego pieczywa, żadnego świeżego croissanta, żadnej focacci, niczego na słono. Jedynie na stole w jadalni były sztuczne, zapakowane, sklepowe przekąski - tego nie powinno się nazywać śniadaniem. Niech każdy oceni sam na zdjęciu. Gospodarz początkowo zadeklarował polubowne rozwiązanie sprawy - prosił o niewystawianie negatywnej opinii na Bookingu i zadeklarował pisemnie, że zwróci na rachunek skromną kwotę za brakujące śniadanie (poszliśmy na śniadanie do pobliskiego baru). Niestety słowa nie dotrzymał - i mimo kilku próśb i wiadomosci - nie chciał zwrócić kwoty. Początkowo gospodarz sugerował, że numer konta jest niepoprawny, ale jak potwierdziłem, że wszystko jest poprawne i podałem wszystkie dane dotyczące banku, adresu, SWIFT code i IBAN, to wtedy już gospodarz zmienił narrację i powiedział, że nie zwróci kwoty. Bardzo to przykre. Dotrzymuje się danego słowa. Dodatkowy minus - strome schody do wejścia do budynku i strome schody na drugie piętro. Uprzedzam osoby np. z problemami ortopedycznymi ruchowymi.
