  Great location, lovely terrace & everything you need

  The apartment was really nice, modern, and had everything we needed. It’s just a short walk from the old town, so it’s a great location for exploring the city. The host gave us some great recommendations for restaurants, bars, and places to visit, which was really helpful. There are two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, so it’s perfect for a group of friends or two couples. The terrace was one of our favorite parts, spacious, with a nice view, and perfect for relaxing. We also really appreciated the little extras, like the beach umbrella and beach tennis rackets. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

  It wasn’t an issue for us, but just a heads-up for anyone who might have difficulty climbing 2–3 flights of stairs, especially with luggage.

  Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Palermo und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – die Altstadt ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und das lebendige Flair der Stadt optimal genießen kann. Besonders begeistert hat uns die traumhafte Dachterrasse, die zum Entspannen und Verweilen einlädt. Das Apartment selbst war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und stets hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt haben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Einziger kleiner Hinweis: Das Apartment ist nur über steile Treppen erreichbar. Das Tragen von Koffern nach oben kann daher etwas anstrengend sein. Für uns hat dies den insgesamt hervorragenden Eindruck jedoch nicht geschmälert

  Nice and central appartment in Palermo

  The apartment was very central and pleasant, well renovated and decorated, and the photos accurately reflect the accommodation. The main bedroom was spacious, and as we were two couples — parents and adult children — we really appreciated having two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare simple meals, and we also liked the fact that beach umbrellas were available for guests to use. Although we did not meet the host in person, she was always very attentive and helpful via WhatsApp.

  The main surprise was discovering that the second “bedroom” is actually the living room with a sofa bed. From the photos, where the same room appears with two different setups, we did not realise this clearly and assumed there were two separate bedrooms plus a living room. As a result, once the sofa bed was in use, we effectively had no living room and the kitchen became the only common area. For four adults, this felt quite cramped, especially after adding a table and four chairs in the kittchen. The number of plates and cutlery was also a little limited for four people, which meant having to wash dishes very frequently. The terrace had a reasonable amount of space, but during the day it was too hot to use comfortably and was really only enjoyable in the evening. The air conditioning also only works while guests are inside the apartment, and there is no unit in the kitchen, which reduced the comfort of the common areas somewhat, specilly if the living room is being used as a bed-room. It was not an issu for us but be awere that it is in a 3rd foor with no lift.

  La gentilezza e la disponibilità dei gestori. La posizione della struttura a due passi dal centro. L’appartamento molto curato con un bellissimo terrazzino.
