    Bene ma non benissimo

    Appartamento ristrutturato e carino. Con tutto quello che serve. Vicinissimo alla metro 3. Comodo e pratico e carino negli arredi. I gestori rispondono puntualmente e sono disponibilissimi per ogni evenienza.

    Attenzione: bisogna leggere benissimo tutte le clausole dall'inizio alla fine della proposta sul sito. Ci sono una marea di cavilli. Innanzitutto chiedono 300 euro di Caparra, che poi viene restiuita, dopo tre giorni dalla fine dell'alloggio. Ti fanno firmare un contratto a parte su piattaforma esterna (Vkey) e il codice di sblocco dell'alloggio viene data dopo il versamento della cauzione. Poi per lo smaltimento e rifiuti se non fatto correttamente chiedono soldi (40 euro), se ci sono da lavare le stoviglie chiedono soldi (80 euro): morale. Leggete tutto bene e due volte. I gestori si trovano a Casarano in provincia di Lecce. Il secondo giorno (per una svista senz'altro) è entrato in casa qualcuno a sorpresa mentre ero in bagno. Successivamente mi hanno detto che era un addetto delle pulizie che si era sbagliato. Tuttavia è stato un gran spavento. Il quartiere non è bellissimo: c'è molta gente non del tutto lucida che bivacca sui marciapiedi antistanti il condominio. Bisogna stare attenti, soprattutto per donne che rientrano la sera. Fortunatamente sotto casa ci sono due market aperti 24h che danno un minimo di sicurezza.

    Pleasant and reasonably priced

    A modern, pleasant and clean place in a practical location. Very responsive host.

    Some more toiletries would have been good, but to be fair, we did book for 4 people just before entering the apartment.
