We really like the place... its perfect for 3 people. The space is fine. The furniture is fine and comfortable. The bathtub is a great extra if you want to relax after a long walk in the city.
I recommend a little upgrade with the kitchen stuff like pans. and second i did not like that after dark there was always a different company with strange people in front of the block... doing weird things...

Good location
The apartment is in good location, close to public transportation, supermarket etc. Its spacious and has a balcony. It was clean but not super clean. Good value for money.
The host communication was off and unfriendly. Maybe it just seemed so due to language barrier, but that was the impression we got. Also the A/C is apparently in the wall so you can not really control it.

호스트가 숙소 청결에 매우 신경을 쓰는 것 같고, 실제로 숙소가 넓고 깔끔함. 호스트와 연락도 잘 되는 편임. 침대도 편안하고 건물 자체도 꽤나 신식. 그리고 열쇠가 없고 비밀번호로 문을 여는 방식인 것도 좋았다.
위치 자체는 트램도 가깝고 근처에 마트도 있고 나쁘지 않음. 그런데 이곳이 우범지대인지, 첫날 밤 어떤 남자 혼자 삽을 끌면서 거리를 거닐고 있었음. 심지어 소리를 지르며 도망가는 다른 남자를 어떤 차가 고의로 치려고 했는데 그 남자가 간신히 피하고 다시 달려감. 경찰인지 사설 보안업체인지 아무튼 누군가 사이렌 키고 오기도 함. 너무 무서워서 두 번째 날에는 오후 5시에 들어왔음. (두 번째 날은 별 일 없이 지나감) 그리고 다 청결하긴 한데, 식기류 (특히 냄비)의 청결상태가 아쉬웠음. 요리하려니 뭔가 찝찝...
