    She was very helpful; even when I told her I didn't have the right power adapter—since mine was the British type—she sent one over the very next day. I was truly happy with this level of cooperation, and she was always responsive whenever I asked her anything, so I am very grateful to her for that.

    Accessing the building was a bit difficult, especially since I had informed them I would be arriving late; it was hard to find someone to let me in. I hope they find a better solution for this process so future tenants don't have to wait outside for so long. Also, I noticed some dust in the place, so I hope the place be cleaner especially in the bathroom .
