L'emplacement. La chambre/personnel ... est très bonne.

1. Host Francesca is very kind and friendly. She speaks good English. WhatsApp is a better way to get connected with her. 2. Four minutes walk from a Metro line A station. 3. The coffee machine is god sent. 4. Good value. 5. The unit is on the fourth floor (?) but it has a nice smooth elevator. do use it if you have luggage.
