  Terraza ideal

  El apartamento es lindo, cocina muy equipada y lo mejor es la terraza y las vistas al Teide y al mar. Baño amplio y reformado casi todo, con productos de baño que han dejado otros huéspedes que van genial y de limpieza que hace la estancia fácil y acogedora. Hay dos piscinas en el complejo.

  Nos faltó una tostadora, no hay horno pero si airfrayer, la cama no es de matrimonio son dos camas juntas de 90 para tenerlo en cuenta xk resulta un poco incómoda, el último día quitaron el agua y no pudimos ducharnos, pero lo realmente incómodo fue encontrar hormigas y cucarachas a lo largo de nuestra estancia en varias ocasiones por el apartamento esto fue muy muy desagradable, y un detalle feo que no nos gustó nada es que el propietario te escribe para pedirte un 10 como nota y favor ya que está comenzando en este negocio... (Hay comentarios desde hace 3 años) Nosotros viajamos mucho y este alojamiento está muy bien pero no es para un 10.

  The location is amazing, far enough from the seaside and the party buzzing that you feel disconnected from everything, but close enough that you can walk for 10 minutes and get there anyway, if you want it. The fact that it's further inland means less humidity, basically no insects anywhere in sight, the balcony terrace is amazing (I would have gotten a full day just to lie there, but we were on a tight schedule) and seeing the early morning and the sunsets from there is a beautiful sight. Just be prepared to climb a bit, since anything inland means that you're going up. I recommend renting a car as well, because the climb to the view at Mirador de Fanabe is pretty steep by foot, but the view there is breathtaking and, short of going to Masca or Teide itself, it's probably one of the best views you can see in Tenerife. And that's even before going inside the apartment. Once inside, it felt less like a vacation location and more like home. The pictures are one thing, but the thing that made us feel most welcome was the treatment from the owner in all the small things (and a big one too). First, we got a full ice tray (I rarely find those full of ice cubes). Nespresso capsules, washing machine capsules, a Dyson vacuum, several bottles of various cosmetics (including an afterburn lotion, very thoughtful!), an ironing board with a clothes iron...if you can name it in your home, we probably had it at this location. Now, about the big thing: this apartment has a Wi-Fi boiler. For some reason, during our stay, the boiler had a malfunction and needed rebooting. We didn't want to change anything in the configuration, so we texted the owner. The owner was on holiday, yet answered promptly, made sure to fix the issue and followed up after 30 minutes (he recommended we wait 15 minutes for enough of the water to heat up). That type of customer service is something I rarely find and always value.

  Agréable appartement

  Nous avons passé une semaine agréable en famille à 3 dans ce bel appartement, moderne, bien équipé, clim, superbe terrasse avec vu sur la mer et beau couché de soleil tous les soirs. Les instructions de l'hôte sont très clair et échange sympathique. Je recommande cet appart. On a toujours trouvé de la place pour se garer à proximité et en + accès à 2 piscines!

  Fantastic appartment to stay in!

  As our original booking was cancelled at the last minute we decided to book this appartment. We are so glad we did it's exceptional. There is everything there that you can imagine from microwave, fridge freezer & even a washing machine ! There are all the utensils you need for cooking. The appartment is very clean & spacious. The veranda is also very spacious with seating & table & a pagola. Paul the host was extremely helpful & friendly. I think if you stay here you will be more than happy it's like home from home. Many many thanks Paul. George & Wendy.

  The only thing I would say is that the swimming pool was rather difficult to find.
