Excellent location and everything as advertised
Beautiful view. The fact of its being third floor gives it a particular sweep. You can see the cable cars at eye level 100m away or so Secure parking with dedicated spot. The hosts are very genuine and kind people. We arrived a bit earlier than standard check in time and they made every effort to accommodate us The apartment has a real traditional and family feel with original looking furniture, rather than the „Ikea“ look It‘s hard to see how you could be more central, with the Santa Maria pedestrianised street and all its restaurants right on hand… …at the same time it was very quiet!
Trivial constructive feedback which does not detract from the „10“, I did not find getting the coffee machine and ceiling fans remotes to work intuitive

Fantastisk udsigt, rummelig leglighed. Er meget tæt på små charmerende restauranter, hvor der serveres rigtig god mad. Fantastiske værter, som giver dig flere gode råd. Meget praktisk med parkerings plads, som er lige under legligheden.

Glad we chose this place!
The location was fantastic, very nice to have a parking spot. So nice to have basic cooking items like olive oil, spices, tea and coffee. Great to have hosts nearby to help with questions and give advice. Liked the black out curtains. Loved the fans in the rooms. Very clean.
That little dog’s incessant barking in the neighborhood was almost intolerable. Not the hosts fault.

This beautiful apartment offers the best of Funchal:Madeiran charm,and an unbeatable location.
Amazing stay in spacious madeira-style apartment Funchal with exceptional breathtaking views all around. The location couldn't be better:the historic old district with the charming restaurants and shops are nearby very convenient,the sea and boulevard is within walking distance as well as the busstation and cable car being close by.The hosts were very kind and ensured a smooth arrival.We would stay here again without hesitation!
