    Apartamento cómodo, limpio, cerca del centro y muy bien gestionado

    Situación inmejorable en una zona tranquila de Florencia, a 1 min andado del Ponte Vecchio. Amplio para 5 o 6 personas, limpio, cercano al centro. Solamente al hacer el check in tienes que realizar una llamada telefónica en inglés o italiano para que te abran la puerta exterior, después utilizas tu llave de acceso. Tuvimos un par de averías con el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones, pero la conexión por watsapp fue inmediata y las dos veces lo solucionaron rápidamente. Para dejar las maletas tras el check out, puesto que es a las 10h de la mañana, te envían un descuento para dos lockers, cosa que se agradece. En resumen, la comunicación es inmediata, volvería a este apartamento sin dudarlo.

    Quizás el inconveniente causado por las averías, dos veces, del el aire acondicionado, pero lo solucionaron con rapidez.
