Tichá lokalita, fajn poloha, ak máte auto
Ubytovanie píše že s parkovanim, ale slabší šofér môže mať problém, keďže vyhradené parkovisko je pod strmým kopcom - bolo nutné cúvať dole kopcom. Keď sme chceli zaparkovať na inom mieste, boli sme upozornení, že parkovať vedľa budovy nie je možné.

Acierto de apartamento
Las vistas geniales. La comodidad en general del apartamento. Amplio. Limpio y contacto fácil y rápido con el servicio de atención al cliente.
Las almohadas muy finas y pequeñas, pero eso es gusto particular.

Insportables con los mensajes, una pena
El apartamento es cómodo y estaba limpio, pero me han cobrado la reserva 2 veces, y el sistema para comunicar con los huéspedes es desastroso.
Recibí decenas de mensajes para todo tipo de cosas, sobretodo para autorizar el pago, que habéis cobrado 2 veces por error, y la fianza. Con lo cual no solo acosais a los clientes sino que encima sois tan poco profesionales que repetís los mensajes y cobrais x2, con lo que me ha tocado hacer una reclamación a mi banco. Eso sí, para lo único que pedimos que era si podíamos recibir las instrucciones de llegada temprano, y que en teoría era posible, tardasteis y llegaron después de varios recordatorios. Aunque sean sistemas de IA automáticos me parece que lo mínimo es ajustarlos para dejar al cliente respirar.

Appartement bien équipé
Grand appartement avec cuisine très bien équipée et terrasse.
Nous avons été obligé de louer cet appartement à la dernière minute car le précédent était rendu inaccessible du fait de la tempête Thérèse ( rocher de 15 tonnes sur la route et coulée de boue). Il était lui aussi très complexe d’accès du fait de la tempête et nous avons eu du mal à en repartir. À part cet accès un peu sportif ( heureusement nous avions une grosse voiture) 🚙 pas de souci.

Happy with the choice, convenient location and nice scenery around.
Great location near the main city, wonderful views from the terrace, comfortable accommodation, very responsive support
The access to the property and the parking lot are a bit of a challenge. Cleanliness leaves some room for improvement.
