    Localização excelente, vista de mar e jardim com varanda excelente. . Quartos simples mas confortáveis. Ar condicionado em todo o apartamento é uma mais valia nos dias mais quentes.

    Eletrodomésticos da cozinha a necessitar de renovação e tetos da sala e cozinha.

    Découverte de la région sympathique.

    Emplacement parfait, proche de la mer, piscines incluses dans le quartier privé, restaurants, bar et autres petits commerces.

    Equipement interne à l'appartement très modest, basse qualité et incomplet. ( pas de machine à café, trop peu de vaisselle, divers équipement en mauvais état).

    The location, pools, and gardens are excellent, but the apartment is poorly maintained and in need of significant repairs.

    We noticed the following issues: * One of the toilets was not working and could not be flushed. The owner’s brother came by and said it needed to be repaired, but that it would not be fixed until after our stay. Very disappointing. * The patio door is faulty and is difficult to open and close. * The stove is damaged and needs to be replaced. Several control knobs are broken off, and it appears unsafe to use. * The water heater is faulty and causes the circuit breaker to trip. * The water heater and the washing machine cannot be used at the same time. * There was only one set of keys, which is insufficient for a family of four, especially since keys are also required to access the pool area. * The key fob needed to access the garden via the padel court gate and the other garden exits was missing. * There is not enough kitchenware, especially if the apartment is occupied by six people. * The clothes drying rack is broken. * The washing machine is old and worn out. * The air conditioning units in the bedroom and living room produce condensation that has to be emptied manually every day.
