    Nothing at all

    It was nowhere near the tube, the street was full of shopping trollies and really run down We felt quite vulnerable staying there and really awful to walk to on an evening especially if you are female I didn't want to walk around in my bare feet and didn't feel like the beds were clean

    Horrible

    Nothing.

    We were given the wrong address. We were then told it was in the address next door. The accommodation was nothing like what we booked, it was filthy and there was glitter in the bed. The toilet was held up by something. The shower didn’t drain. The people in the house could see you in the shower as no blind in the bathroom. Nothing provided to close the blinds on the roof windows. Lots of damage in the property which we took photos of as didn’t want to be charged for something we didn’t do. Bathroom was mouldy. We were made to pay a deposit on top of the booking fee, but they did this privately and not through booking.com so felt very unsafe. Awful communication from host and hard to get hold of.

    Lovely modern flat

    Even though the property was not available, the host still catered for me in another property which was just as nice. Very clean and tidy and lovely hosts. Will definitely be in contact agin when I return back in a few weeks time
