    Host was rude

    It’s a nice location, and had the potential to be a lovely retreat

    It hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests. We spent our entire stay with their dirty linen in the front room. No fresh linen for the beds on the first night. I spoke with the owner, who made me feel bad for asking about a refund. He told me he couldn’t afford to pay for my holiday. Honestly, I’d avoid. There’s probably equally as nice places to stay. I wouldn’t give this person my hard earned money again

    Beautiful landscape but not a very nice area to live in.

    It did what it said on the tin, cosy and suitable for our needs

    The surrounding area was very run down and not a lot of places for evening food/entertainment.
