It was ok.
The inside was clean and comfortable
The exterior is nothing much to look at. The communal areas were dirty and smelly. Th e beds could do with mattress covers and although I didn’t use the oven it could do with new baking trays as the ones in it were rusting. Also the main shower was quite powerful but the hand shower didn’t work

Great little flat in a fabulous location, with parking - we would stay again.
The location of the flat is excellent - it's in a nice part of Norwich and it's very easy to walk in to the town as it's very close plus on the same level. The flat is clean and well appointed - we particularly appreciated the smart TV so we could log in to our own subscriptions, plus there was plenty of toilet roll supplied which we found thoughtful. The parking is easy and secure. The flat is on the corner so it has dual aspect and lots of light - it was nice to spend time in. The wifi was great - I honestly can't think of much they haven't provided.
It's a bit tricky to find by car as the sat nav takes you to the street on the wrong side of the building but there is plenty of guidance provided so you just need to work it out once - basically you need to turn left in to Willow Street before you reach the building, and then turn right up what looks like a pedestrian cobbled street to reach the car park. The instructions for all the codes are good but there are multiple key code boxes on the doors so again, takes a minute to work it out. There are also two key boxes by the door so you have to find which one the key is in. All minor points once you've worked it out the first time. If you need more than one key you have to give them lots of notice. The communal parts of the building are really shabby and dirty but they don't reflect the property itself.
