  Good value and great location

  Good location, comfortable beds! We had an amazing sleep there. Clean sheets and towels, super cute small balcony with a nice view. The host was friendly and helpful

  Shower head holder is about to break, knives in the kitchen could use some sharpening, mokka pot needs deep cleaning or replacement - it’s full of residue and I’m not sure is safe to use.

  Tágas, kényelmes.

  Nehéz volt kommunikálni velük, 10 órai check-out korai, a 16 órai check-in késő, ebben rugalmatlanok voltak.

  Todo muy correcto en una zona tranquila y acogedora, cerca del metro y las paradas de bus.

  Muy cerca de las estaciones de metro y bus. Zona tranquila sin mucho ruido que te permite descansar plácidamente por la noche. El check in muy sencillo y el personal atento y encantador, dispuestos siempre a ayudar en lo que sea y facilitar cualquier cosa que necesites.

  El apartamento tenía algunos detalles bastante mejorables. El botón para tirar de la cisterna estaba roto, la mampara de la ducha no cerraba hermética por lo que salía algo de agua de la ducha, la placa de inducción para cocinar estaba rota en una esquina aunque eso no le afecte a su correcto funcionamiento, el enchufe de una de las habitaciones estaba roto, la persiana del salón no baja completamente, y echamos en falta alguna toalla limpia más, ya que sólo nos dejaron una por persona para los 5 días que estuvimos. No son aspectos demasiado importantes ni que influyan demasiado negativamente en la estancia en sí, pero sí que son aspectos llamativos que se podrían reseñar por la relación calidad-precio, ya que no es un apartamento barato.

  Emplacement excellent entre centre ville et aéroport, a 3km de la place du commerce.Communication top avec le propriétaire, souplesse dans l'heure d'arrivée et de départ, appartement conforme et très bien pour 4 personnes.

  Le bruit le weekend, tard dans la nuit, associé au bar juste en face.

  Poor condition

  The location was close to where we wanted to be. Host was responsive, communication and entry instructions very good.

  Badly maintained- lots of mold around bathroom/kitchen, many things were broken (washing machine, shower head holder, toilet flush button, back burner on hot plate, drawers etc), not very clean and just in poor condition. Lumpy old pillows. It's facing the street on a corner so both bedrooms had a lot of street noise at night. Re washing machine, we were not aware that it was broken when we arrived so tried to use it and it didn't work properly - contacted the host and he said he had already called a repair person - it would have been nice to know in advance that is was broken and maybe where nearby laundromats are.
