    Great property excellent location

    Great location, only short distance to York centre and the race course. Very spacious and clean. All the rooms were lovely and well furnished. Good value for money.

    Close to centre, perfect for groups

    Great location, ten min taxi ride from the city centre. Great facilities, nice and spacious but also cosy.

    Towels and a bin bag were left on the stairs up to the loft room but not an issue as such we just ignored them!

    Overall an excellent stay, would definitely rebook in the future, just needs a little bit of TLC in

    Very comfortable, excellent location,pool table was an excellent addition, very much a home from home feeling. 7 adults 1 child still felt spacious.

    Very noisy plumbing, poor water pressure on main shower, sitting room door knob fell off numerous times.loose floor tiles in front passageway.

    Cosy & comfortable for a group of 5 adult friends.

    The property was clean and cosy despite the chill outside. Central heating was effective and easy to work. Beds were comfortable and house well equipped. It’s a 30 minute walk from the city centre which was fine by us.

    It could have done with an outside light to the front of the property.
