    Owner was very responsive and even came over to help us with heat and tv.

    We were there to visit the university and the location was perfect. We did not have a car and we were able to walk to the school, restaurants and local attractions.

    Living room could use some more lighting and kitchen could use some more dishes. The space is five bedrooms so possibly 10 people staying and there were 4 bowls.

    Perfect accommodation for a large group, even when booked last minute. Tidy, easy to find, and great communication from the owner. Thank you for the amazing stay, I would definitely come again.

    4.0 seems generous

    Location - easy access to shops, amenities and major roads

    1. Ripped plastic coverings on stairs and landings (not a particularly luxurious first impression) 2. Scuffed / damaged walls in most / all bedrooms 3. Previous occupants litter still in bedroom 4. Windows had to be kept shut due to neighbour's professional meat smoking business. Bit of an issue as it was hot 5. Boiler not working on arrival (service sticker indicates service has expired) 6. No tea towels, or sufficient cutlery or crockery. Insufficient seating if property at maximum occupancy 7. Outdoor space unkempt (despite comments by previous occupants) 8. The condition of the pillows / cases and mattress left a lot to be desired.
