  A great stay....once we could get in

  The property was quaint and nice. We did not mind that it was a slighly older property as this actually enhanced the stay in "old town" Vilnius. We loved the fact that the windows opened up to the street and the view into the Old Town area was terrific. Despite the fact that we had a couple of hiccups in our stay, we would definitely stay again in this property. They are just a couple of very small tweeks - but significant tweeks - away from having perfect scores from us.

  Check in instructions were incorrect. The code provided to get into the property was wrong which almost caused us to have to seek lodging elsewhere. Only because our son has seen something similar were we able to access the property with a code that was not given. I hesitate to provide specifics because I don't want to compromise the code, but the property owners need to put the actual correct code into the instructions. We were dangerously close to being in a foreign country, later in the afternoon, carting around our luggage.... all with no place to stay! We tried to call the owners - no luck. I emailed the property owners - they re-sent the incorrect instrutions. I emailed the owners and Booking.com.....no updated instructions. Booking.com tried to call the property owners - no luck. All of this could have been avoided by providing the correct code to access the property and/or being available when your guests are trying to check in. Secondly, the comforters were the incorrect size for the beds. Twin-sized comforters were placed on the beds sideways to make it appear that they fit.....however, when you crawled into bed after a long day, your feet stuck out the bottom! Why? Because the made the bed up with twin comforters turned sideways on a queen bed. We were lucky it was just the two of us, so we grabbed the other twin comforters from the other queen beds, turned them the correct direction and had full-body coverage. I can assure you that other travelers will appreciate having the correct comforters on the bed rather than getting short-sheeted when they try to stay warm. I would say this is a small thing, but it was fairly chilly at night, and we needed the coverage on the bed. It looked good when you walked in, but it rapidly became clear that we would need to improvise. Easily corrected by providing a queen comforter on a queen bed rather than trying to put a twin comforter sideways on a queen bed.

  Emplacement idéal pour la visite

  Emplacement idéal pour visiter les bâtiments essentiels de la vieille ville. Facilement accessible avec le bus 88 de l’aéroport, arrêt Musée MMO puis 6 minutes à pied via la rue Traku. L’appartement est spacieux, lumineux avec une cuisine, deux chambres et une salle de bains avec lave linge. Nombreux rangements. Les indications étaient très précises donc nous n’avons pas eu besoin de déranger l’hôte, l’arrivée est autonome avec une boîte à clé.

  Pas de salon, la TV est dans une chambre. Deuxième étage sans ascenseur pour info. Pas de four micro ondes, ni de casseroles. Restaurant et bar au pied de l’immeuble mais les fenêtres ont une excellente isolation phonique. Pas de volets et les rideaux ne sont pas occultants.

  Great location, comfy rooms

  Location is great, large rooms with comfortable beds, good shower.

  There is no living room. I was travelling with my family and didn’t realise this until we got there. If we wanted to sit anywhere it was either the dining table in the kitchen or on the beds. There was also a strong sewer odour in the toilet when we arrived which eventually subsided.

  Det var en virkelig god lejlighed til prisen, nogen at tingene i lejligheden fremstod lidt slidte men alt fungerende meg
