A little slice of heaven.
Absolutely stunning property. We loved the 2 nights we spent on the farm, in Alf’s Bull Pen. The accommodation was absolutely spotless and cleverly thought out. Very cosy and extremely comfortable, we didn’t want for anything. My husband (son of a dairy farmer) was thrilled when Chris gave him a tour of the farm. Chris also filled us in on the local history and gave us some ideas for day trips. Such a lovely place in the most beautiful countryside.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! What a fabulous stay we had, we arrived to celebrate our 13 year wedding anniversary. Lovely warm welcome from Chris, he has ample amounts of knowledge of the area, took us out of his way to feed the lambs, alongside a tour of his land seing all the sheep, he shown us a around his farm and met the horses. Absolutely fantastic experience, The cottage was warm and welcoming with a welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, fresh milk, biscuits, crisp and cereal, these owners really go the extra mile to make your stay so comfortable. The cottage was immaculately clean. Extra comfy bed, extra blankets if needed. Plenty of storage and a adjacent wash room with iron board. Kirsty even gave me a new cup that I loved to use whilst I was there to save a trip to the shops. Honestly if you book this you won't be disappointed. The area is beautiful with lots to see and the owners are absolutely wonderfull. Can't rate this high enough! I'd give more than a 10 if I could. Thank you kirsty and Chris for such a beautiful stay and we can't wait to come back in October xx
