    10 mins ride to town, 5 mins ride to supermart, 5 mins ride to beach.

    Very clean, well equiped kitchen and has two bicycles, if you dont wish to drive.

    Its at level 1 with 2 flight of stairs.

    Fabelhafte Ferienwohnung! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

    Alles toll eingerichtet und sauber. Wer selbst kochen will findet alles was er braucht. Zwei Räder waren inklusive und mit denen kommt man wunderbar in 10 Minuten in die Stadt. Man wohnt außerhalb des allgemeinen Trubels und ist trotzdem in Fußnähe zum Meer. Parkplatz auf der Straße gebührenfrei direkt vor der Tür im Schatten

    Appartamento estremamente pulito e accogliente.

    Molto lontano dal centro di Grado mezz' ora in bici. La sera dopo doccia e vestiti consiglio l' auto per raggiungere il centro storico.

    Super ruhige Lage. Strand ganz bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es standen sogar zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.

    Leider gab es nur ein Klimagerät. Da wir getrennt schlafen (wir Schnarchen) musste derjenige im Schlafzimmer ohne auskommen.
