    cleanliness issues, lack of proper amenities, and AI-generated for responses

    kitchen was well equipped with utensils, and there was a refrigerator (it's a bit small, be careful when opening it because it moved the whole). The shower had both hot and cold water, and the bed was spacious and comfortable for one person.

    Unfortunately, my stay was not as expected. The key lockbox was very difficult to open, making the check-in process frustrating. The room did not have an exhaust fan, and I would not recommend staying here during the summer because there was no air conditioning. The only cooling option was a small electric fan that was dusty and did not work well. Balcony was not advisable to stay during summer season, good for laundry drying. The room was also very dusty when I arrived, so I had to clean it before I could use it comfortably. Although the listing stated that the room was smoke-free, the room had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, and even the pillow smelled like smoke. When I needed assistance, I only received AI-generated responses to my questions, and when I tried calling the host using the provided phone number, no one answered.
