    Different property than advertised on booking.com

    We booked a property listed as **Tivoli Center Free Parking** and initially received the contact details of the host associated with that property. Subsequently, we were contacted by a different host who appeared to be promoting an entirely different property. When we requested clarification as to why we were being contacted by another host regarding a different accommodation, the individual responded in an unprofessional and erratic manner. Their messages included "lol" emojis and statements suggesting that it should not matter what the apartment was called, and that hosts have complete discretion to manage their rentals however they choose. Due to these concerning interactions and the apparent discrepancy between the property booked and the accommodation being offered, we decided to cancel the reservation. The host has refused to provide a refund despite the circumstances. We have reported this matter to Booking.com as we believe the conduct may constitute misleading or improper activity, and have formally requested a full refund.
