  La ubicación del apartamento esta muy bien, no estabamos en el centro centro y para nosotros fue muy cómodo movernos caminando o las conexiones de guaguas estaban justo al lado y cada poco tiempo siempre teníamos una. El apartamento es muy acogedor, tranquilo y en muy buen estado todo.

  Is niet duur maar een goede hygiëne zou toch de basis moeten zijn.

  De communicatie was goed, er werd ons op voorhand goed meegedeeld hoe we aan de sleutel konden komen omdat wij een late vlucht hadden.

  Het appartemeten zelf, heel klein, geen daglicht, ingesloten terras tss hoge muren. De zetel en tapijt waren heel vuil, de douche was beschimmeld en werkt ook niet goed. De WIFI werkt ook niet goed. Wij hebben de fout gemaakt om dit niet te melden. Iemand van ons gezelschap had de badhanddoeken meegenomen naar het strand, deze waren idd heel vuil en dit is idd iets wat niet mag. De dag nadien kregen we daar onmiddellijk een bericht van dat deze vergoed moesten worden. Wij zijn ervan overtuigd dat we maar 2 handdoeken gebruikt hebben aan het strand, ze rekenen er wel 4 aan. Dan heb ik onze opmerking doorgegeven en hebben ze wel 50% korting gegeven op de 4 nieuwe handdoeken. Voor de rest geven ze ons de fout dat we dit niet tijdig gemeld hebben.

  deceptive pics, pathetic & careless hosts, overpriced property. choose any other property but this.

  Nothing in particular. The host is careless and the property needs a lot of improvement. The listing is deceptive, it does not mention the absence of AC in the second bedroom.

  - The property listing is deceptive. The second room has no AC which is not clearly shown in pictures or mentioned. In hot weather it is not livable in this bedroom. - The water heater was broken at the check-in time and was not fixed until the evening of check-out day. We had to shower in cold water for almost entire duration of the stay - The master bedroom had foul smell, which was disgusting - The washroom has sliding door which can not be closed fully, which is very bad because it leaks all the foul smell into the house. - The washroom has no place to hang towels or put clothes. - They did not provide bathing gel even after informing them. They asked us to buy soap ourselves, which is frustrating on top of when there is no warm water in the shower and check-in feels like solving a crime scene to get a key from the key box. - The kitchen has no basket to put washed plates. - The patio is actually hole in the building where all the people living above have access via their windows. (and they use this space to dry their clothes) - The patio has glass tiles which has been shattered and could cut your feet if accessed bare feet. - The room windows opens literally at the street level. You can not open them for air circulation. There is absolutely no privacy as the window opens directly into the street. Blinders needs to be held down all the time or give up your privacy, and closed blinders makes the gloomy dark ambient which feels like an underground bunker where you need to use lights all the time. - WiFi stopped working on the last day. - Kitchen has washing machine but they have not given detergent so it is of no use unless you buy a big box for your short stay which makes no sense. - The dining table is on wheels hence very unstable and can only seat 2 properly because it is very tiny. Overall the property is managed by a company (presumably with large portfolio) which do not care about guests at all. Book another one even if you have to pay more.

  electricities git some issues so many times the fuse got down and the lamp fell down etc I asked but they said its normal here but will check it but things never changed
