Bolt hole in Galashiels
The flat was comfortable enough as described. The bedding and towels were crisp and nice bath sheets.
Entrance area from the alley was horrible and the staircase up to the flat was dingy. There was coffee and green tea but no ordinary tea and no netflix without a login ( both were mentioned in property description). To describe the bedroom overlooking an inner courtyard while correct conjures something more picturesque than the rear of the buildings as they are.

Location was fine for our purpose. The apartment was clean.
It would have been good to know that there was a spiral staircase, with no handrails, before booking. It was difficult for my 71 year old husband to climb up! That alone made it quite uncomfortable.

Really good, super homey, but a lot of dust and spiderwebs
It was a cute little flat, perfect for our little girls trip, came with some biscuits for us really thoughtful touch.
Spiderwebs everywhere, the smell of weed in the hallway (they can’t really sort), had no idea how to work the coffeemaker.
