    Cold Barn, a Remote Location

    There was a game of scrabble.

    cold barn, a remote location. no response from host for 24 hours after letting them know we were hopelessly lost from the directions given. The excuse was 'we're in Greece, sorry' the barn temperature set to 15.5c whrn we arrived and not changeable, the barn is cold. very unsafe ladder to the only bed, it needs tread/rubber footing applied and proper fixings, and it wobbles precariously, (i have had my own airbnb with a mezzanine bed, i know the importance of a safe ladder). the faint smell of stale sweat on the bed pillows, the very low wattage lamps by the bed that you definitely cannot read by. Arriving at night to an empty fridge, no firewood (but a note telling us to use 'expensive firewood' , and hot water that randomly goes off, again a note saying sorry. very difficult place to find, and no help from the host. It is far from Tintagel. no help from host with finding access to walks, Barn has no view at all, just one very small window to someone else's garden. an internet password on the fridge that turns out was a little joke of the hosts. where's the love? not here.

    parfait petit cocon

    Très confortable, la grange a récemment été refaite et c'est presque luxueux. Le lit a l'étage donne l'impression d'être dans un cocon. Salle de bain très propre. Cuisine très bien équipée.

    Beautiful property and very quaint. Stunning views from outside the property too.

    The stairs to the bedroom area are very steep and not for the faint hearted!

    The barn is unbelievably lovely, as is the host. I loved my stay in Cornwall, this was the perfect place to rest and get cosy after big adventures. 🌊🩵
